Sachin Jadhav

Sachin Jadhav is the Associate Vice President – Projects & Transformation and he brings in over 22 years of professional experience in the ITES Industry across Program Management, Collaborative Partnering, Pre-Sales, Solutioning, Transitioning, Contract Agreements, Setting-Up Centers, Transformation & Value Creation. He is an MBA in Project Management, Bachelors in Information Technology and a PMP Trained Professional. Having worked in Captive & BPO environments with renowned companies like WNS, Genpact, Quatrro, Future Group and AOL, in customer contact centres and processing operations across multiple functions, he has a holistic view of the end-to-end process and stakeholder management requirements.

Over the 2 decades, Sachin has led multi-geography carve-outs, contracts and transitions for global & India clients for ~2500+ FTEs, due diligence, and digital automation. He has been instrumental in designing custom transition methodologies for F&A, S2P, Procurement, Tech Support, Analytics, RFP & Partner management across Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Mortgage, Audits, Logistics, etc.

Sachin has been associated with RvaluE since 2011, when Future Group Shared Services Centre had plans to build capabilities to service third party operations for customers beyond the Group. He has even worked with RvaluE leaders on projects to build transition and customer onboarding framework and demonstrated his capabilities to understand, visualize and deliver on customer requirements.

Sachin joined the Group venture –QuintesGlobal (QG) in 2020 to become part of the core team bringing his professional expertise and entrepreneurial mindset and drive/ enable the growth of D-CapTM model, an innovative and differentiated transformation centric solution for mid-scale Business Services operations. He is an integral part of the team in contracting, transition and service base lining for carve-out of a captive centre, built a plan for governance and transformation of processes & operations and over the last year, worked closely with the Founders to nurture and grow the business pipeline.
