Quintes Global (QG) is the venture promoted by RvaluE to offer differentiated and innovative operating model - Dedicated CaptiveTM (D-CapTM) – and provide best-in-context transformation centric business process solutions to drive business performance and co-creating value for all stakeholders. The Founders of QG are pioneering leaders who have led the Business Process Management value story of India since mid 1990s, starting with American Express, and from 2005, the India to India Shared Services.
QG draws upon the rich business services experience of RvaluE and the Founders in respect of setting up, managing and handing over Captive Shared Services across a spectrum of support functions and industry verticals and wide variety of business process transformation and automation assignments serving some of the marquee global and Indian companies. The D-CapTM Model, hence, is evolved out of the immense captive experience gained from similar such operations & expertise/ capabilities over the last 25 years. QG uniquely combines the expertise for India Domestic as well as Offshore Centre operations.
The unique D-CapTM model has two key interconnected components – Transformation Centric OperationsTM (TCOps TM) similar to Captive Shared Services & Global Business Services (GBS/GCC/GICs) and Transformation Capability as a Service TM (TCaaSTM), like a Super Captive creating economies of scale and fast-tracking the transformation programs.
