Puneet Gupta

Puneet Gupta is Vice President & Head Enterprise Services Operations at Quintes Global. He comes with 25+years of rich corporate experience in Finance, Business Process Management (BPM) and IT functions in different domains covering FMCG, IT/ITeS, Business Services and Retail, having worked with marquee companies like Adidas, Oracle, Genpact, Future Group and Jain Card Clothing. He is a Chartered & Cost Accountant, having performed many senior level roles as Finance Manager, Shared Services Head of multiple functions and processes, General Manager Commercial, and Chief Financial Officer, progressively enlarging responsibilities including business planning, forecasting and fund management.

Puneet has transitioning and offshored business processes from overseas clients, and managed teams to deliver services. He has been one of the few leaders who moved from offshoring to lead and set up a large India to India Captive Shared Service Centre for Future Group.

He has been associated with RvaluE since 2008 when he consolidated 350+ positions across F&A, Procurement & Master Data Management from multiple locations across India to Ahmedabad, with vendor help desk services and delivering on the business case for the SSC. In 2011, his contribution was recognised and the SSC received the award for the Best Shared Services Centre in India by the Shared Service Forum. He has an end-to-end Business Services expertise from blue printing to business case, design to transition, go live to stabilization, operations to optimization and commercial roles like contract negotiations, inventory management etc.

Puneet has leveraged his functional skills to redefine and redesign business processes for different organizations and bring business transformation to enhance the processes. He has been involved in transferring Captive shared services operations upon take-over of the core business. In his role as IT business champ, he has extensive exposure to ERPs like SAP & Oracle, and was responsible for delivering and rolling out new technologies like DMS for document management and Reporting & Dashboard tools, POS for front end retail, HRMS for streamlining the HR processes, and mobile app for customer orders.

Given his rich experience across functions and processes, with focus on business, systems, operations, transformation, financial reporting and compliance, Puneet joined the venture Quintes Global (QG) in early 2020 as an entrepreneur professional, as part of the Executive Leadership Team. He works closely with Founders in strategic decisions and business expansion including Business Planning Controllership, Cash Management, Audit, Control & Compliance, for QG venture and for overall RvaluE Group. He leads a strategic role to design and build Enterprise Services Operations for QG and its operating units covering Finance & Accounting, HR, Procurement etc.
